NEW YORK - The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $25 billion of four-week bills at a 0.135% high yield, a price of 99.989500.
The coupon equivalent was 0.137%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 5.08.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 0.24%. The median yield was 0.120%. The low yield was 0.090%.
The bills have an issue date of October 7 and are due November 4.
Tenders totaled $126,904,471,800 and the Treasury accepted $25,000,303,800, including $277,067,800 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $6,285,071,700 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
