The Treasury Department said Monday it will sell $50 billion of four-week discount bills Tuesday.
There are currently $72.000 billion of four-week bills outstanding.
The bills settle Nov. 2 and are due Nov. 30.
Federal Reserve banks hold nothing in maturing bills in their own accounts.
