The coupon equivalent was 0.974%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.18.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 12.08%. The median rate was 0.935%. The low rate was 0.910%.
The bills have an issue date of Sept. 21 and are due Oct. 19.
Tenders totaled $111,204,194,400 and the Treasury accepted $35,000,314,400, including $492,381,900 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account.
