AmeriVet's public finance teams join Mischler's as part of acquisition of specified assets

AmeriVet Securities' three-person public finance team will join a handful of employees in Mischler Financial Group's public finance group as the firm buys specified assets of AmeriVet.

Under terms of the deal, set to close in the coming weeks, a group of capital markets and other market professionals from AmeriVet will join Mischler, according to a press release.

"This expansion strengthens our ability to serve clients across the capital markets landscape," Dean Chamberlain, Mischler's CEO, said in a statement. "The addition of experienced professionals and complementary capabilities will enhance the solutions, market access, and resources we provide while reinforcing our longstanding commitment to clients, the veteran community, and execution excellence."

AmeriVet's co-CEOs will join Mischler, including Michael Naidrich, who will be Mischler's senior managing director for capital markets.

"I am excited to join Mischler and leverage its exceptional platform to provide clients with expanded access to capital markets capabilities and resources," he said in a statement.

AmeriVet Securities is a service-disabled veteran-owned broker-dealer founded by a Black disabled veteran in 1994.

Mischler, also established in 1994, is the country's longest-running service-disabled veteran-owned small business broker-dealer and a Minority Business Enterprise. The shop is headquartered in Irvine, Calif., with offices in Stamford, New York, Boston and Chicago.
