The Dallas-based firm, which was acquired last year by Texas Regional Bank, is expanding its underwriting reach in Texas and other states aided by new hires.

Loop Capital's Jim Reynolds was among the nine private and public entities that signed a pledge to help bring in more historically underutilized businesses on construction projects.

She reveals what led her into the municipal bond business and discusses her firm's continuing commitment to munis and strategy for growth.

"That puts us well on our way to hitting our ambitious goal of $25 billion awarded to MWBEs by 2026," said New York City Mayor Eric Adams.

"With this year's budget, we're creating a more future-ready Miami-Dade, building for today and investing in tomorrow," Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said.
