Goldman, Sachs & Co. once again postponed one of the biggest deals of the season, though tax-exempt yields remained flat during Monday’s quiet session.

Goldman was expected to sell $900 million of fixed-rate revenue bonds for New York’s Liberty Development Corp. this Wednesday, to be followed by a $375 million variable-rate sale in the coming weeks when the fixed-rate portion closed.
