Treasury to Sell $25B 4-Week Bills

NEW YORK - The Treasury Department said Monday it will sell $25 billion of four-week discount bills Tuesday.

There are currently $80.001 billion of four-week, or 28-day, bills outstanding.

The bills settle September 30 and are due October 28.

Federal Reserve banks hold $3.782 billion in maturing bills in their own accounts.
