NEW YORK - The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $35 billion of four-week bills at a 0.160% high yield, a price of 99.987556.
The coupon equivalent was 0.162%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.48.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 3.74%. The median yield was 0.145%. The low yield was 0.120%.
The bills have an issue date of February 3 and are due March 3.
Tenders totaled $156,642,966,500 and the Treasury accepted $35,002,566,500, including $317,168,500 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $2,418,028,000 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
