NEW YORK - The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $25 billion of four-week bills at a 0.155% high yield, a price of 99.987944.
The coupon equivalent was 0.157%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.57.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 11.16%. The median yield was 0.140%. The low yield was 0.120%.
The bills have an issue date of January 20 and are due February 17.
Tenders totaled $114,145,973,200 and the Treasury accepted $25,000,733,200, including $237,105,400 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $3,781,546,000 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
