NEW YORK - The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $22 billion of four-week bills at a 0.135% high yield, a price of 99.989500.
The coupon equivalent was 0.137%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 5.25.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 96.13%. The median yield was 0.125%. The low yield was 0.100%.
The bills have an issue date of October 21 and are due November 18.
Tenders totaled $115,493,043,600 and the Treasury accepted $22,000,178,600, including $285,701,000 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $5,937,991,000 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
