The coupon equivalent was 0.035%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.02.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 22.12%. The median rate was 0.025%. The low rate was 0.020%.
The bills have an issue date of Nov. 6 and are due Dec. 4.
Tenders totaled $144,895,390,400 and the Treasury accepted $36,002,590,400, including $258,166,000 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
