The coupon equivalent was 0.020%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.02.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 54.22%. The median rate was 0.010%. The low rate was zero.
The bills have an issue date of Oct. 30 and are due Nov. 28.
Tenders totaled $136,542,280,600 and the Treasury accepted $34,000,350,600, including $217,580,100 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
