State Sets Cash-Flow Notes

Wisconsin on June 15 will take bids on operating notes to smooth out cash flow as tax revenue flows into state coffers.

The authorization allowing the issue permits the state to sell up to $800 million of notes.

General fund revenues not needed for repayment of the state’s general obligation bonds are pledged toward repayment.
