WASHINGTON - The Securities and Exchange Commission has scheduled a conference call with reporters at 11 a.m. Tuesday to discuss the agency's long-anticipated report on the municipal securities market.
The report is expected to be released today.
Elisse Walter, the SEC commissioner who spearheaded the commission's review of the market, will be on the call to answer questions.

"Each party in this deal benefits in some way," said Seema Mohanty, founder of Mohanty Gargiulo.
