PFM Advisors, a division of PFM Asset Management, has named Biagio Manieri director of research.
Manieri, most recently an investment officer with the Federal Reserve System in Newark, N.J., will head a team of analysts concentrating on the economy, capital markets and investment management products, the firm said in a statement.
At the Federal Reserve, where he worked for six years, Manieri helped manage more than $13 billion in defined-benefit and defined-contribution plan assets.
Previously, he was an investment analyst at several firms, including Lord Abbett & Co., FP Asset Management Inc. and Goldman, Sachs & Co.
