Prices on top-shelf municipal bonds were slightly weaker still at midday Friday traders said, with yields on some maturities as much as one basis point higher. The primary market has seen all of the large issues priced for the week, including two $2 billion deals and will now start to eye next weeks slate, which is estimated at $6.6 billion.
