NEW YORK - Tender rates for the Treasury Department’s latest 91-day and 182-day discount bills were mixed, as the three-months incurred a 0.155% high rate, down from 0.165% the prior week, and the six-months incurred a 0.240% high rate, unchanged from 0.240% the week before.
Coupon equivalents were 0.157% and 0.244%, respectively.
The price for the 91s was 99.960819 and that for the 182s was 99.878667.
The median bid on the 91s was 0.140%. The low bid was 0.100%.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 64.37%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.27.
Tenders totaled $119,662,302,000 and the Treasury accepted $28,000,192,900 including $1,121,255,000 of non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for themselves.
The median bid for the 182s was 0.220%. The low bid was 0.180%.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 19.98%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.20.
Tenders totaled $121,673,010,700 and the Treasury accepted $29,000,577,900, including $830,010,700 of non-competitive.
