April 22 – The Bond Buyer holds its 3rd annual Tri-State Public Finance Conference, beginning at 7:30 am at the Roosevelt Hotel in NYC. Speakers include NYC Comptroller John Liu, Securities and Exchange Commission  muni chief John Cross and Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board chair Jay Goldstone.

April 22-23 The Senate may vote on an online sales tax bill.

April 24 – The MSRB begins a three-day meeting at its headquarters office in Alexandria, Va.

April 24 – The House Appropriations transportation subcommittee holds a hearing on FY-2014 appropriations for the Federal Aviation Administration, beginning at 10:00.

April 24 – The House Budget Committee holds a hearing, “State of the Highway Trust Fund: Long-Term Solutions for Solvency,” beginning at 10:00.

April 25 – The House Transportation Committee’s subcommittee on highways and transit holds a hearing on “Implementing MAP-21: The State and Local Perspective;” starts at 10:00.
