The Treasury Department said Thursday it will auction $34 billion 91-day bills and $28 billion 182-day discount bills Monday.
The 91s settle Dec. 19 and are due March 23, 2017, and the 182s settle Dec. 19 and are due June 22, 2017.
Currently, there are $36.001 billion 91-days outstanding and $19.999 billion 182s.
Rating analysts are tracking the potential departure of the DuPage Water Commission, the largest wholesale customer of Chicago's water enterprise.
