The Treasury Department sold $13 billion of inflation-indexed nine-year 10-month TIPs at a 0.659% high yield, an adjusted price of 99.916048, with a 5/8% coupon.
The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.48.
Tenders at the market-clearing yield were allotted 29.42%.
The notes are dated Jan. 15 and are due Jan. 15, 2024.
Among competitive tenders, the median yield was 0.600% and the low yield 0.500%, Treasury said.
Tenders totaled $32,180,194,400 of which the Treasury accepted $13,000,005,400. Noncompetitive tenders totaled $17,099,400. Fed banks bought nothing for their own accounts.
