Treasury Indexed 10-Year TIPs Go at 0.436% High Yield

The Treasury Department sold $13 billion of inflation-indexed 10-year TIPs at a 0.436% high yield, an adjusted price of 99.326760, with a 3/8% coupon.

The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.45.

Tenders at the market-clearing yield were allotted 29.75%.

The notes are dated Jan. 15 and are due Jan. 15, 2027.

Among competitive tenders, the median yield was 0.400% and the low yield 0.330%, Treasury said.

Tenders totaled $31,861,155,900 of which the Treasury accepted $13,000,105,900. Noncompetitive tenders totaled $50,135,900. Fed banks bought $824,386,300 for their own accounts.
