NEW YORK - The Treasury Department auctioned $32 billion of seven-year notes, with a 3.25% coupon, a 3.374% high yield, a price of 99.232610.
The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.61.
Tenders at the high yield were allotted 83.04%. All competitive tenders at lower yields were accepted in full.
The median yield was 3.289%. The low yield was 3.229%.
Tenders totaled $83,368,964,700 and the Treasury accepted $32,000,004,700 including $45,864,700 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $1,082,468,600 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
The notes are dated March 31 and are due March 31, 2017.
