NEW YORK - The Treasury Department today auctioned $31 billion of four-week bills at a 0.135% high yield, a price of 99.989500.
The coupon equivalent was 0.137%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.79.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 31.73%. The median yield was 0.125%. The low yield was 0.080%.
The bills have an issue date of March 18 and are due April 15.
Tenders totaled $117,555,325,500 and the Treasury accepted $31,000,285,500, including $221,901,500 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $3,781,546,000 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
