NEW YORK - The Treasury Department today auctioned $32 billion of four-week bills at a 0.060% high yield, a price of 99.995500.
The coupon equivalent was 0.061%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.38.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 25.03%. The median yield was 0.040%. The low yield was zero.
The bills have an issue date of Nov. 27 and are due Dec. 24.
Tenders totaled $140,265,744,800 and the Treasury accepted $32,000,659,800, including $245,963,800 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $3,781,546,000 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
