The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $45 billion of four-week bills at a 0.365% high yield, a price of 99.971611.

The coupon equivalent was 0.370%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.57.

Tenders at the high rate were allotted 78.68%. The median rate was 0.340%. The low rate was 0.310%.

The bills have an issue date of Dec. 1 and are due Dec. 9

Tenders totaled $160,737,102,900 and the Treasury accepted $45,000,042,900, including $270,444,500 non-competitive.

The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account.
