The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $24 billion of three-year notes with a 0.750% coupon at a 0.844% yield, a price of 99.722361.
The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.74.
Tenders at the high yield were allotted 25.96%. All competitive tenders at lower yields were accepted in full.
The median yield was 0.810%. The low yield was 0.700%.
Tenders totaled $65,812,737,800 and the Treasury accepted $24,000,007,800, including $61,217,800 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $1,884,490,100 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
The notes, dated Feb. 15, will mature Feb. 15, 2019.
