Gilmore & Bell and Nixon Peabody were new entrants in the top 10, bumping Greenberg Traurig and Bracewell to the top 15.
McCall Parkhurst & Horton served as bond counsel on 165 deals in Q3, followed by Kutak Rock with 160 and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe with 119. These are the only three firms to have acted as bond counsel on more than 100 deals in the period.
Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe had the largest market share for top bond counsels over the past several quarters, while Kutak Rock and McCall Parkhurst & Horton battled for second.
Since 2024, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has the largest cumulative par amount, almost equal to the culmulative par amounts for Kutak Rock and McCall Parkhurst & Horton combined.
