The Indiana University Board of Trustees has approved roughly $200 million in new construction projects at the school’s Bloomington campus, including an $80 million housing and classroom building that is expected to be financed through the sale of revenue bonds.

Most of the six new projects will be financed through a mix of gifts, grants, university funding, and some state aid. In addition to the $80 million in revenue bonds for construction of an 850-bed housing project and additional classroom space, another $9 million of debt is expected to be sold to finance a library storage space building.
