Muni Forum of N.Y. Elects Officers at Annual Dinner

The Municipal Forum of New York elected new officers last week at its annual meeting.

Rich Raphael, group managing director at Fitch Ratings, replaced New York City deputy budget director Alan Anders as president for a one-year term.

Jefferies & Co. managing director Ned Flynn was chosen as vice president. Bond counsel Stanley Kramer of Hawkins, Delafield & Wood LLP is the new secretary.

Sonia Toledo, managing director of Wells Fargo, stayed on as treasurer.

Patrick McCoy, finance director of New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority, joined the board of governors while Joseph Branca, managing director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, stepped down.

The 72-year-old organization holds regular luncheons featuring speakers on municipal finance, runs an internship program and honors public finance leaders at an annual awards dinner.
