Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond President Jeffrey Lacker said Friday he believes the Fed will need to raise interest rates more than the three times projected in the Summary of Economic Projections released Wednesday.
Speaking at a conference in Charlotte, Lacker said he was worried the Fed won't be able to complete a soft landing.
Lacker is not a Federal Open market Committee voter in 2017.
