Judson Freeman Joins Bryant Miller Olive

BRADENTON, Fla. — Florida-based Bryant Miller Olive PA announced Monday that Judson Freeman Jr. joined the firm’s public finance group.

Freeman, who has more than 35 years of experience, will work in the firm’s Jacksonville office, officials said.

Freeman most recently worked at Livermore & Freeman PA in Jacksonville. His clients have included traditional city, county, school district and special authorities on revenue and general obligation bonds, housing and special assessment bonds, certificates of participation and private-activity bonds.

Freeman received a bachelor’s degree from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tenn., and a law degree from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Ala.

Bryant Miller Olive was ranked 40th among the top 100 bond counsel firms in the nation last year, with $1.82 billion in par amount, according to Thomson Reuters.

In Florida, BMO was the third-ranked bond counsel firm last year, advising clients there on $1.6 billion in transactions.

BMO also ranked 15th out of the top 50 disclosure counsel firms across the country, advising clients on $1.37 billion in deals.
