NEW YORK Republicans gained at least two seats from their 51-48 majority and Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle of South Dakota lost his bid for re-election.
The GOP picked up two seats -- winning in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Louisiana with the Florida and Alaska winners undetermined.
The department shifted funds that would have been invested in solar power to improve the island's electrical system.

The Internal Revenue Service is requesting documents from the Erie City Water Authority regarding a $36,320,000 issuance of Water Revenue Bonds Series D of 2019.
