The Atlanta City Council last week agreed to pay a $136,000 settlement to the city’s former chief financial officer, Joya De Foor.

De Foor left in October 2010 after about a year on the job. At the time, city officials did not say if she was fired or resigned, and Mayor Kasim Reed would not respond to requests for comment about her employment.
