Atlanta is seeking a finance team to restructure a $329.2 million unhedged swap with UBS AG and to issue refunding bonds for interest cost savings in its Department of Watershed Management.

The city has posted requests for proposals for bond or tax counsel as well as underwriters for the negotiated offering, which is expected to be composed of floating-rate notes and fixed-rate water and wastewater revenue bonds.

Proposals are due from underwriters by Sept. 12, and from firms interested in serving as bond or tax counsel by Sept. 14, according to the RFPs.
