Moody's Investors Service said it has downgraded the city of Anderson, Ind.'s water enterprise revenue rating to A2 from A1.
The A2 rating applies to $3.9 million of outstanding revenue debt.
The A2 rating reflects a small water utility system that serves the city of Anderson (A1) in central Indiana (Aaa stable), narrow financial position that is expected to improve given recently approved rate increases, and adequate legal covenants.
