NEW YORK - The Treasury Department today sold $5 billion 36-day cash management bills, dated Dec. 30, due Feb. 4, at a zero high tender rate.

The low bid was zero. The median bid was zero. Tenders at the high were allotted 29.83%.

Tenders totaled $33,315,000,000 and the Treasury accepted $5,000,999,500, including no non-competitive.
