Weekly T-Bills Go At 1.870%, 1.920% Highs

Tender rates for the Treasury Department’s latest 91-day and 183-day discount bills were higher yesterday, as the three-months incurred a 1.870% high rate, up from 1.855% last week, and the six-months incurred a 1.920% high rate, up from 1.885%.

Coupon equivalents were 1.905% and 1.966%, respectively. The price for the 91s was 99.527306 and that for the 183s was 99.024000.

The median bid on the 91s was 1.830%. The low bid was 1.750%. Tenders at the high rate were allotted 14.09%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.80. Tenders totaled $69,887,578,900 and the Treasury accepted $25,000,171,400 including $1,725,176,900 of noncompetitive.

The median bid for the 183s was 1.880%. The low bid was 1.850%. Tenders at the high rate were allotted 76.44%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.70. Tenders totaled $62,198,111,600 and the Treasury accepted $23,000,103,600, including $1,202,913,600 of noncompetitive.
