Weekly T-Bills Go At 1.060%, 1.380% Highs

Tender rates for the Treasury Department’s latest 91-day and 182-day discount bills were lower yesterday, as the three-months incurred a 1.060% high rate, down from 1.450% the previous week, and the six-months incurred a 1.380% high rate, down from 1.600%.

Coupon equivalents were 1.078% and 1.409%, respectively. The price for the 91s was 99.732056 and that for the 182s was 99.302333.

The median bid on the 91s was 1.050%. The low bid was 0.990%. Tenders at the high rate were allotted 98.78%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.89. Tenders totaled $63,627,306,600 and the Treasury accepted $22,000,437,600, including $1,567,391,600 of noncompetitive.

The median bid for the 182s was 1.320%. The low bid was 1.290%.  Tenders at the high rate were allotted 96.10%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.45. Tenders totaled $49,006,461,200 and the Treasury accepted $20,000,011,200, including $1,203,861,200 of noncompetitive.
