Tender rates for the Treasury Department's latest 90-day and 181-day discount bills were mixed, as the three-months incurred a 0.140% high rate, down from 0.145% the prior week, and the six-months incurred a 0.350% high rate, up from 0.330% the week before.
Coupon equivalents were 0.142% and 0.356%, respectively.
The price for the 90s was 99.965000 and that for the 181s was 99.824028.
The median bid on the 90s was 0.125%. The low bid was 0.100%.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 94.65%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.66.
Tenders totaled $102,506,872,400 and the Treasury accepted $28,000,479,900 including $382,267,700 of non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for themselves.
The median bid for the 181s was 0.330%. The low bid was 0.290%.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 17.11%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.46.
Tenders totaled $90,089,579,100 and the Treasury accepted $26,000,133,100, including $325,579,100 of non-competitive.
