The median bid on the 91s was 0.035%. The low bid was 0.010%.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 5.16%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.83.
Tenders totaled $120,759,507,500 and the Treasury accepted $25,001,697,500 including $464,077,100 of non-competitive.
