The median bid on the 91s was 0.020%. The low bid was 0.005%.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 55.22%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.86.
Tenders totaled $121,465,487,500 and the Treasury accepted $25,000,217,500 including $402,487,500 of non-competitive.
