Treasury Year Bills Go at 0.810% High Rate

The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $20 billion of 364-day bills at a 0.810% high yield, a price of 99.181000.

The coupon equivalent was 0.826%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.48.

Tenders at the high rate were allotted 42.20%. The median yield was 0.800%. The low yield was 0.750%.

The bills have an issue date of Feb. 2 and are due Feb. 1, 2018.

Tenders totaled $69,608,405,400 and the Treasury accepted $20,000,281,400, including $233,300,400 non-competitive.

The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
