The Treasury Department said Tuesday it will sell $45 billion of four-week discount bills Wednesday.
There are currently $76.997 billion of four-week bills outstanding.
The bills settle May 29 and are due June 26.
Federal Reserve banks hold nothing in maturing bills in their own accounts.
