The Treasury Department said Tuesday it will sell $30 billion of four-week discount bills Wednesday.
There are currently $49 billion of four-week bills outstanding.
The bills settle Jan. 22, and are due Feb. 19.
Federal Reserve banks hold nothing in maturing bills in their own accounts.
