The notes are dated Nov. 30 and are due Nov. 30, 2023.
The Treasury also said it will auction $26 billion two-year notes on Nov. 21 and $34 billion five-year notes on Nov. 22.
The five-years are due Nov. 30, 2021. The two-years are due Nov. 30, 2018.
