The notes are dated March 31 and are due March 31, 2023.
The Treasury also said it will auction $26 billion two-year notes on Monday, March 28 and $34 billion five-year notes on Tuesday, March 29.
The five-years are due March 31, 2021. The two-years are due March 31, 2018.
