The notes are dated Jan. 31 and are due Jan. 31, 2022.
Treasury also said it will auction $26 billion two-year notes on Tuesday, Jan. 27, and $35 billion five-year notes on Wednesday, Jan. 28.
The five-years are due Jan. 31, 2020. The two-years are due Jan. 31, 2017.
