The Treasury Department said it will auction $29 billion seven-year notes on Thursday, Jan. 30.
The notes are dated Jan. 31 and are due Jan. 31, 2021.
Treasury also said it will auction $32 billion two-year notes on Tuesday, Jan. 28, and $35 billion five-year notes on Thursday, Jan. 30.
The five-years are due Jan. 31, 2019. The two-years are due Jan. 31, 2016.
The current 18,000-seat facility cost $87.7 million, and the city covered the cost with cash from its penny sales tax.
