The Treasury Department said Thursday it will auction $25 billion 91-day bills and $23 billion 182-day discount bills Monday.
The 91s settle April 10 and are due July 10 and the 182s settle April 10 and are due Oct. 9.
Currently, there are $26.000 billion 91-days outstanding and no 182s.
The center provides research, training and outreach on state and local governments' public money decisions.
Leases backing many of the bonds are scheduled to expire before the debt is fully repaid, Moody's warned.
The muni market will also receive $28 billion of principal and interest set to be paid to investors Thursday, according to CreditSights.
The SEC would have a hard time "proving even one, let alone all, of the requirements necessary for 'control person liability,'" one the JPAs said.
Recent property tax reforms in Indiana and Missouri are starting to impact school districts and local governments in those states.
"Assured is going nowhere and will be here long after the Chapter 11 cases conclude," the attorney representing the bond insurer told the bankruptcy court.
