The Treasury Department said Thursday it will auction $25 billion 91-day bills and $23 billion 182-day discount bills Monday.
The 91s settle March 13 and are due June 12 and the 182s settle March 13 and are due Sept. 11.
Currently, there are $27.000 billion 91-days outstanding and no 182s.
The rally has been more of a technical driver. Absolute yields and ratios, at least on the muni side, are very attractive, with the asset class becoming "oversold," said Whitney Fitts, director of municipal portfolio management at Appleton Partners.
